Проведенные исследования позволили впервые: а) показать, что изменения проницаемости плазматической мембраны, обусловливающие устойчивость клеток джунгарского хомячка и мыши к большой группе цитостатических агентов (колхицин, адриабластин, ак-тиномицин Д, пуромицин, цитохалазин Б и др.) возникают, как правило, в результате амплификации генов, кодирующих, по-видимому, специфический… Читать ещё >
