Динамика внутриклеточной концентрации калия в разных фазах развития раннего эмбриона мыши
Диссертация
Для раннего зародыша мыши обнаружен калиевый канал с высокой проводимостью (240 pS), активность которого синхронизирована с первым клеточным циклом (Day et al., 1993, 1998, 2001). Показано, что активность 240 pS К±канала не зависит от синтеза белков, а его цикличность сохраняется и в энуклеированной зиготе.
