Фенотипический и генетический анализ изогенных вариантов холерного вибриона с альтернативным уровнем экспрессии факторов патогенности и персистенции
Диссертация
В результате фенотипического анализа популяции было обнаружено две группы штаммов. В первую входило 86% изученных штаммов, популяция которых состояла из типичных прозрачных колоний (S-форма). Вторая группа была представлена 11 штаммами (14%), в популяции которых были обнаружены как прозрачные, так и мутные колонии, которые также находились в S-форме.
