Активная микробная биомасса разных типов почв
Диссертация
Содержание микробной биомассы в почве определяют, в основном, прямым микроскопированием клеток микроорганизмов (численность бактерий, споры грибов и длина мицелия грибов, актиномицетов) с последующим учетом их биообъемов и плотности (Полянская и др., 1995 вЗвягинцев и др., 1999).
