Экономические механизмы обеспечения мирового хозяйства водой и продовольствием в условиях глобальных изменений климата
Диссертация
Реализация перечисленных мер невозможна без комплексной поддержки со стороны государства, причем не только в форме финансирования конкретных проектов, но и посредством развития институциональной, в частности, нормативно-правовой базы.
