ФПФазы в настоящее время изучены значительно менее подробно, чем протеинкиназы. Интенсивное исследование ФПФаз началось сравнительно недавно: в последние 5−10 лет. К настоящему моменту накоплено достаточно много сведений о специфичности, структуре, регуляции цитоплазматических ФПФаз, показано участие этих ферментов в регуляции мышечного сокращения, метаболизма гликогена, липидов, белка (85−88… Читать ещё >
