Вместе с тем, ни активирующий эффект фосфорилирования КЛЦМ МАР-киназами, ни изменения степени фосфорилирования соответствующих остатков КЛЦМ в ткани не представляются очень глубокими. По-видимому, роль фосфорилирования КЛЦМ в тоническом сокращении носит достаточно модуляторный характер и не вносит значительного вклада как, например, фосфорилирование кальдесмона.
