Диссертация
Согласно способности к трансферу плазмиды классифицируются на коньюгативные (самотрансмиссибельные) и мобилизируемые (трансмиссибельные в присутствии дополнительных коньюгационных факторов). Коньюгативные плазмиды обладают детерминантами функций, требующихся для реализации механизмов передачи плазмид от клетки к клетке.
