В современной литературе освещаются различные клинико-морфологические аспекты гестационной перестройки спиральных артерий на ранних сроках беременности. Сообщается, что развитие спонтанных выкидышей и замершей беременности в первом триместре связано с неадекватной трансформацией эндометриальных сегментов спиральных артерий, которая выражается' в снижении цитотрофобластической инвазии и отсутствии… Читать ещё >
