Клинико-диагностическое и прогностическое значение некоторых цитокинов при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника
Диссертация
Тяжелое, рецидивирующее течение БК сопровождалось более высокой продукцией ИЛ-10 и ЙЛ-1ра, а непрерывная форма — более высоким синтезом ИЛ-4 МНК и ПМЯЛ. Спонтанный и индуцированный синтез ИЛ-10 МНК, спонтанный ПМЯЛ и спонтанная и индуцированная продукция ИЛ-1ра МНК и ПМЯЛ находились в обратной зависимости от длительности заболевания.
