Структура и распределение коллагена на поверхности пленок зависит от условий его нанесения и влияет на поведение взаимодействующих с ним клеток. Наилучшие распределение кератиноцитов по поверхности пленки, их рост, морфология и пространственная организация цитоскелета достигаются при нанесении коллагена в фибриллярной форме.
