Клинико-морфологические особенности атрезии внепеченочных желчных протоков у детей раннего возраста
Диссертация
Клинико-лабораторные проявления холестаза минимально выражены до 1 месяца жизни и нарастают в дальнейшем. После 1 месяца жизни характерно отсроченное умеренное повышение трансаминаз, постепенно нарастающие в динамике. Типичным является длительное сохранение синтетической функции печени.
