Диссертация
Опухолевая прогрессия ГК сопровождается глубокими изменениями в дифференцировочном статусе клетки. Координированное подавление активности целого блока гепато-специфических генов позволило предположить, что изменения, наблюдаемые при прогрессии ГК, могут быть вызваны нарушениями в экспрессии ключевых регуляторов транскрипции генов печени, каковыми являются гепатоцитарные ядерные факторы… Читать ещё >
