Целью настоящей работы являлось детальное изучение кинетического механизма действия АР-эндонуклеазы человека (АРЕ1) в процессе инцизионной репарации нуклеотидов и его сравнение с кинетическим механизмом действия АРЕ1 в процессе эксцизионной репарации оснований.
