Диссертация
В настоящее время решены фундаментальные вопросы, связанные с передачей генов: разработаны методы трансформации, созданы плазмиды для переноса, подобраны условия эффективного введения чужеродных генов. С помощью генетической трансформации созданы трансгенные растения, представляющие интерес для сельскохозяйственного производства, в том числе, обладающие такими признаками как устойчивость… Читать ещё >
