Механизмы апоптоза клеток иммунной системы у участников ликвидации аварии на Чернобольской АЭС (реферат, курсовая, диплом, контрольная)

- ВЫВОДЫ
1. В группе участников ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС выявлено нарушение процессов апоптоза клеток иммунной системы, сопровождающееся достоверным увеличением количества клеток, экспрессирующих маркер апоптоза — Fas- антиген, по сравнению с группой здоровых лиц.
2. У участников ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС отмечаются нарушения в системе Fas- антиген — Fas- лиганд, проявляющиеся в снижении абсолютного количества CD8± и CD16±лимфоцитов, экспрессирующих Fas- лиганд, необходимый для устранения клеток, несущих Fas- антиген.
3. У участников ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС выявлено увеличение количества клеток спонтанно синтезирующих и продуцирующих цитокины (IL-lp, IL-4, TNF- a, IFN- а).
4. У лиц с сердечно- сосудистой патологией, не подвергавшихся воздействию комплекса факторов аварии на ЧАЭС, в том числе аварийному облучению в диапазоне малых доз, элиминация клеток идет по Fas-пути, а при достижении определенного уровня экспрессии Fas-антигена, происходит подключение TNF — а- сигнального пути.
5. В группе участников ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС цитокиновая регуляция процесса апоптоза осуществляется путем включения TNF- а- сигнального пути, что подтверждается прямой корреляционной связью между. количеством клеток, экспрессирующих Fas- антиген и количеством клеток, синтезирующих TNF- а, а также между количеством Fas + клеток и количеством клеток с поверхностной формой TNF- ос.
6. Увеличение количества клеток, экспрессирующих Fas-антиген, а также включение TNF- а- сигнального пути в качестве дополнительного механизма для реализации апоптоза в эксперименте in vitro подтверждает повреждающее воздействие ионизирующей радиации в диапазоне малых доз.
ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ
1. Определение экспрессии Fas-антигена и изучение параметров клеточного иммунитета у пациентов, подвергшихся воздействию комплекса факторов аварии на ЧАЭС (в том числе ионизирующих излучений в диапазоне малых доз) должно быть включено в мониторинг обследования этих пациентов. Данные о характере развития апоптоза позволят терапевтам прогнозировать течение соматической патологии.
2. Участие цитокинов в регуляции апоптотического процесса позволяет рекомендовать включение исследования IL-lp, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-a, IFN-a в мониторинг ликвидаторов аварии на ЧАЭС в качестве критерия оценки тяжести течения сердечно-сосудистой патологии.
