Локализация расщепляющих сахарозу ферментов в апексе корня
Диссертация
Теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. В работе установлена связь между активностью ферментов первичной метаболизации сахарозы и ростовыми процессами в кончике корня. Полученные результаты способствуют пониманию процессов, приводящих к началу растяжения клеток, что до сих пор остается одной из самых трудных проблем в физиологии роста растений.
