В третьей главе обсуждаются результаты для тонкопленочных биоорганических структур — тонких пленок аминокислот, получаемых вакуумным напылением, а также самоорганизованных монослоев (СОМ) органических молекул на золоте с сера-содержащей группой, отвечающей за связывание с поверхностью металла, и различными терминальными функциональными группами, определяющими интерфейсные свойства.
