В связи с возросшими возможностями коронарной хирургии сегодня все большее число пациентов, ранее считавшихся неоперабельными, в частности с ишемической дисфункцией миокарда и хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН), подвергаются операции реваскуляризации миокарда.
