Неинвазивная вентиляция легких при декомпенсации хронической сердечной недостаточности
Диссертация
Все больные получали иеинваэнвную вентиляцию при помощи респиратора VPAP HI {Res Med Lid) через носовую маску IJltrnmLrage (Res Med Ltd) в режимах СРАР 7,5 см HjO или ftiPAP (PS/PEEP) 10/5 см Н*0 в течение 6−8 часов в сутки. Дтн обеспечения адекватного комфорта и предотвращения утечки обеспечивалось правильное крепление маски Подогревание и увлажнение воздушной смеси производилось физиологическим… Читать ещё >
