Оценка качества жизни больных после хирургической коррекции аортальной недостаточности
Диссертация
Всем пациентам на госпитальном этапе после операции было выполнено повторное эхокордиографическое исследование. Анализируя данные ЭхоКГ у оперированных пациентов, отмечается достоверное (рО.ОО!) уменьшение объемных и размерных показателей ЛЖ в раннем послеоперационном периоде, как у больных с выраженной дилатацией ЛЖ, так и пацнагто" с показателями КСР < 5.5см., КДР < 7.5см.
