Омега-3 ПНЖК участвуют в образовании биологически неактивного тромбоксана A3 и простагландина 13, равного по своим вазодилататорным способностям простациклину 12, и вероятно, поэтому ПНЖК омега-3 ряда способны уменьшать тромбообразование.
