Несмотря на значительные успехи, достигнутые в области питания молодняка крупного рогатого скота, генетический потенциал мясной продуктивности, как показывает практика, реализуется недостаточно полно. В связи с этим возникает необходимость более детального изучения всех основных факторов, регулирующих продуктивные качества животных.
