Образование 8-оксогуанина в ДНК и активных форм кислорода в растворах под действием тепла и методы их определения
Диссертация
В 9 главе работы проведено сравнительное исследование образования 8-оксогуанина в ДНК печени и головного мозга гамма — облученных мышей и элиминации этого повреждения в пострадиационный период. Выявлены значительные различия в образовании и элиминации 8-ОГ в ДНК печени и мозга мышей, подвергнутых воздействию у — облучения в дозе 20 Гр.
