Изучить роль сигнальных путей Ж, р38, МЕК½ и ОТкВ, а также ядерных рецепторов НЫР4а, РРАЫа, РРАЛу и ЬХЯ$ в регуляции экспрессии гена ароА-1 в клетках Нер02 и ТНР-1. Научная новизна полученных результатов. Впервые показано участие ядерного рецептора РРАЯу в регуляции экспрессии гена ароА-1 в клетках гепатомы человека (Нер02).
