Роль актин-миозиновых структур в механизмах подвижности нормальных и трансформированных фибробластов

В нашей работе мы подробно рассмотрели роль актин-миозинового сокращения в организации движения нормальных и трансформированных клеток. Понижение сократимости является частым характерным признаком клеток, подвергшихся трансформации, и наблюдается, в частности, в случае трансформации фибробластов онкогеном RAS.
