Хотя известно, что при адаптации организма к таким факторам среды, как гипоксия, стресс и физическая нагрузка, синтез HSP70 активируется под влиянием N0, который вместе с HSP70 рассматривается как компонент эндогенной протекторной системы, роль этой системы при адаптации к теплу клетки и организма в целом не изучена.
