Диссертация
Изученные колонии характеризовались вертикальной слоистостью, помимо этого колониям микроорганизмов, растущих на плотных средах, свойственны также наличие секторных и концентрических зон. Сектора соответствуют генетически различающимся клонам, что находит своё отражение в их различной консистенции, форме, скорости роста, активности ферментов и др.
