Диссертация
Вакцина против PC-вирусной инфекции человека до сих пор не внедрена в медицинскую практику. Создание убитых вакцин на основе различных штаммов PC-вируса не принесло желаемого результата (153). На основании всех накопленных данных при исследовании PC-вируса, определилась тенденция создания живой вакцины на основе аттенуированных штаммов.
