В настоящее время в России единственным документом, регламентирующим деятельность банков пуповинной крови (БПК) является Приказ МЗ РФ от 25 июля 2003 г. N 325 «О развитии клеточных технологий в Российской Федерации». Поскольку единого стандарта деятельности банков пуповинной крови в России нет, то для создания хранилища образцов ПК с высоким содержанием ГСК каждый банк разрабатывает собственные… Читать ещё >
