Сравнительный анализ непосредственных результатов хирургического лечения пациентов с сочетанием поражением коронарных и каротидных артерий в зависимости от тактики хирургического лечения
Диссертация
Пациенты с поражением ВСА и контрлатеральной окклюзией имеют более высокий риск периоперационного инсульта или смерти от инсульта по сравнению с пациентами, имеющими одностороннее поражение каротидного бассейна. Более того, как было показано в нескольких исследованиях, терапевтическое лечение пациентов с таким поражением дает плохие результаты.
