Выполнена оценка диффузионной проницаемости протонов для ряда мембранных носителей (стекловолокно, нитроцеллюлозные и капроновые мембраны) и каталитической активности ферментных меток (пероксидаза хрена, глюкозооксидаза, уреаза), связанной с генерацией сигнала в иммуносенсорах на основе рН-чувствительного полевого транзистора.
