ДНК плазмид выделяли методом щелочного лизиса, подробно описанным в ряде методических сводок (Маниатис и др., 1984; Мазин и др., 1990). 3 мл ночной культуры клеток осаждали центрифугированием при 5000 об/мин в течение 2 минут.
