Низкий уровень VEGF-A (фактор роста эндотелия сосудов) наблюдается у больных с критической ишемией и у 42% пациентов с ПБ степенью ишемии на фоне активации BNip3 (проапоптотический белок), что характеризует усиление у этих пациентов катаболических процессов на фоне депрессии неоангиогенеза.
