Особенности распространения, лимфогенного метастазирования и результаты хирургического лечения больных ранним раком желудка
Диссертация
При изучении влияния лимфогенного метастазирования на результаты лечения было отмечено, что при поражении трех и более лимфатических узлов выживаемость больных снижается наиболее существенно (5-летняя безрецидивная выживаемость составляет 46,6%, 10-летняя — 0%). В группе больных с одним или двумя пораженными лимфоузлами 5- и 10-летняя безрецидивная выживаемость составляет 65,3% (р<0,05), в группе… Читать ещё >
