Закономерности политенизации гетерохроматиновых районов хромосом у Drosophila melanogaster
Диссертация
В работе впервые показано, что ген Зи (иН)Ей контролирует уровень политенизации в гетерохроматине: мутация этого гена приводит к полному восстановлению политенизации в районах ИГХ и частичной политенизации в районах ПГХ. На примере района 89Е1−2 была впервые определена зона недорепликации ДНК в районе ИГХ. Выявлена последовательность из зоны недорепликации района ИГХ 11А6−9 X хромосомы, впервые… Читать ещё >
