Влияние гипотермии и даларгина на активность Na, К-АТФазы и ацетилхолинэстеразы синаптических мембран мозга крыс при ишемии

Научная новизна исследования. Установлено, что активность К-АТФазы и АХЭ мембран синаптосом из коры головного мозга при неполной глобальной ишемии снижается, а в период реперфузии возрастает. Впервые показано, что снижение активности 1Ма, К-АТФазы и АХЭ мембран синаптосом усиливается при увеличении длительности нарушения мозгового кровообращения.
