Для мод каждого типа продемонстрирована возможность варьирования акустическими характеристиками без изменения направления распространения, кристаллографической ориентации и/или материала подложки, только за счет возбуждения моды определенного номера, обнаружены моды с рекорными значениями отдельных характеристик распространения — скоростью до 30 000 м/с, температурными коэффициентом задержки… Читать ещё >
