Церебральная гемодинамика и когнитивные расстройства у больных с сосудистой деменцией
Диссертация
По результатам лучевых методов исследования (КТ, МРТ) установлено, что признаки атрофии коры более характерны для смешанной деменции, а расширение боковых желудочков головного мозга свойственно для абсолютного большинства больных (97%) с безинсультным течением сосудистой деменции.
