Угловые распределения атомов при распылении одно-и двухкомпонентных материалов
Диссертация
Большой интерес в этой связи представляет изучение распыления кремния и германия, которые, как известно, становятся аморфными уже на начальной стадии ионного облучения. Это позволяет исключить из рассмотрения механизмы, связанные с упорядоченным расположением атомов, и изучать роль механизмов первичного выбивания и каскадного распыления.
