Функционирование иммобилизированных на токопроводящих материалах гемсодержащих ферментов
Диссертация
Впервые выявлена роль электростатических взаимодействий между ферментом и токопроводящей матрицой для достижения оптимальной ориентации белковых глобул в интерфазе. Показано, что модификация поверхности электродов полиэтиленимином, -метил-поливинилпиридином или лизолецитином увеличивает эффективность окислениялактата в присутствии цитохрома в^ в 3,2−32 раза, а скорость генерации… Читать ещё >
