Анализ вариабельности нуклеотидных последовательностей ядерного и цитоплазматического геномов представителей рода Fagopyrum
Диссертация
С использованием трех методов мультилокусного ДНК-маркирования AFLP, RAPD и ISSR межвидового, внутривидового и межсортового полиморфизма впервые был проведен комплексный анализ вариабельности 47 дикорастущих образцов и сортов двух культивируемых видов: гречихи посевной и гречихи татарской (8 образцов, 14 сортов F. esculentum и 23 образца F. tataricum).
