Экспрессия генов раково-тестикулярных антигенов при меланоме кожи человека
Диссертация
Выявлена гетерогенность экспрессии генов раково-тестикулярных антигенов (РТА) в клетках меланомы кожи. Каждый ген экспрессирован не более чем в 60% исследованных образцов первичных опухолей, метастазов меланомы в лимфатические узлы, а также клеточных линий меланомы. При изучении набора из 22 генов раково-тестикулярных антигенов выявлена экспрессия хотя бы одного гена в 90% исследованных образцов… Читать ещё >
