Изучение влияния тиролиберина и его аналога дигипрамина на ноцицепцию, гемодинамику и ЭЭГ у крыс при висцеральной боли
Диссертация
Разработан оригинальный подход к изучению реакции сердечно-сосудистой системы у животных в свободном поведении в ответ на разные болевые воздействия. Обнаружено, что висцеральная боль вызывает увеличение чувствительности барорефлекса. Показано, что классические анальгетики в дозах, в которых они оказывают выраженное анальгетическое действие, не влияют на сдвиги параметров системной гемодинамики… Читать ещё >
