Клинические и патогенетические особенности развития тревожно-депрессивных расстройств у больных с церебральным инсультом
Диссертация
Выявлены различия в факторах риска, особенностях развития и течения постинсультных депрессивных и тревожных расстройств. Выявлено, что большинство психических нарушений возникают в остром и раннем восстановительном периодах инсульта. Показано, что генерализованное тревожное расстройство преобладало у больных молодого возраста, изолированные фобии и псевдопостинсультные депрессии преобладали… Читать ещё >
