В настоящее время вопросы, касающиеся обоснования выбора метода МИ коррекции ВПС у маленьких детей являются весьма значимыми. Выбор оптимального способа снижения хирургической агрессии представляется крайне важным как с позиции улучшения конечных результатов лечения, так и с точки зрения материальных затрат.
