Диссертация
Механизм изменений активности АХЭ при изменениях физиологического состояния организма не вполне ясен. Исследование влияния гипотермии на термостабильность АХЭ синаптических мембран показало, что при гипотермии термостабильность АХЭ уменьшается. Константы скорости денатурации возрастают.
