Крымская-Конго геморрагическая лихорадка: клинико-патогенетические аспекты и оптимизация лечения
Диссертация
Развитие геморрагического периода ККГЛ манифестируется клиническими признаками поражения органов-мишеней, развитием геморрагий и профузных кровотечений из различных органов, III фазой ДВС-синдрома, маркерами которого являются выраженная тромбоцитопения и тромбоцитопатия, удлинение АЧТВ, ПВ, гипои афибриногенемия, высокое содержание РФМК.
