Диссертация
Полученные в настоящей работе данные являются важным вкладом в понимание механизмов патогенеза BBS на молекулярном уровне. Открытие стабильного комплекса из 7 BBS белков и белка ВВГРЮ позволяет значительно упростить возможное моделирование BBS на уровне молекулярных взаимодействий.
