Изменения метаболизма и ионного гомеостаза при повреждении головного мозга приводят к закономерным изменениям функционального состояния нервной ткани, в частности к развитию явления «ишемической деполяризации», сопровождающегося электроотрицательными сдвигами уровня постоянного потенциала.
